Me and my wife had jointly taken two home loans from Can Fin Homes Ltd @9 and 8% Fixed Rate from its Noida branch. Recently we have come to know that they have hiked the interest rate to 11% for both the accounts. I do not know how they can increase the rate of interest when it is a 'fixed rate'.
I have sent messages to Noida branch, but they do not reply my message. My messages to Grievance redressal cell come back to me undelivered. Through this forum I would like to draw attention of the Can Fin Homes management and request them to reconsider their decision and restore the original interest rate.
