Trouser replacement

I have purchased 7 trouser from Cantabil Showroom, (address- A-23, Mahipal Pur Extension, N.H - 8, New Delhi, 110037. One of them after one wash got bobbling. When I went to replace the same trouser, the manager of showroom was taking rudely and ignored to replace the trouser.
