This is regarding poor services provided by the gas agency
CAPITAL GAS (dealar of Indane Gas Services)., Chalakuzhy Lane, Medical College, Trivandrum-Kerala. I am try these office Gas Booking No. I see the phone receiver is disconnected or no response. This is regular basis, I am tried several time phone call for Booking One Phone no one picking and the second phone number is always show busy. I am suffering problem for last so many months. But till today I have not got my cylinder despite repeated reminders. They are giving false promises and also providing very poor service to consumers
Kindly look into the matter urgently for an immediate favourable action
Please look in to the matter. Other wise by force i have to go consumer form..
