SURNAME NOT APPEARED IN Xth MARKSHEET

HELLO Sir/Madam

I Manoj Namdev passed tenth exam in 1994 and twelth in 1996 from Navoday Vidyalaya tenth marksheet showing name-MANOJ KUMAR and twelth marksheet showing MANOJ NAMDEV later one is correct which has name and surname.

do I will get any problem in recruitment???

How can I resolve it??? / I want to add NAMDEV at the place of KUMAR
