Hi CCAvenue Team,

The following amount of Rs300 has been deducted from my bank account on 20th Mar.

I have not booked any ticket with redbus. Something went wrong and money has been deducted wornlgy from my account.

I did someother transaction for my Mobile recharge through CCAVENUE gateway, But you guys using my credidentials have decuted same amount on some other vendor.

Please take actions to refund my money immediately. I have sent email earlier on this same case 2 times.

But I never got any reply. Please Consider this on priority and reply me.

The details from my Bank are as follows.
