Network & connectivity problem

First of all there is a issue of network in theses current days. The mobile shows network signal but when called it says that the customer you have called in out of coverage area but mobile shows network signal, due to this reason I am facing a lot of problem in my day today functioning, my superiors as asking me to change the mobile service as I am not contactable, request you to kindly help me out.

I have also activated my call diverts to 17010, but it has not helped as I do not get any missed call alerts from that number, pls help me out as I donot intend to change the service but if there is a network problem still ahead I will be forced to switch over to some other service provider.

Second problem which I face is of Original bill, it is that I donot receive original bill of my mobile & I pay the bill on duplicate bill, but as I am working the same bill is reimbursed to me by my employer, but as I am unable to produce the original bill I am not able to get me claims.

Request you to kindly send me the original bill every month by which I can claim the same.

Request you to kindly help me out to resolve both the issues.
