Name in defaulters list even after full settlement of payment

Dear / Respected Sir,

i had availed vehicle loan (Maruti Wagon R) from CHOLAMANDALAM DBS FINANCE Ltd on March There was two occasions on which i failed to remit the EMI.But i repayed the entire loan as a one time settlement on september. I am having the loan settlement documents as the bills received when i payed the entire loan amount. But now when i went for a person loan at AXIS bank, i found out that my name is in the i am in defaulters list in CIBIL for the same loan from CHOLAMANDALAM DBS FINANCE Ltd and when enquired they are not helping me clear out the issue. So please remove my name from the defaulter's list. You can consult with the bank from which i took the loadn if you wish to (CHOLAMANDALAM DBS FINANCE Ltd)

Please take an action at the earliest to remove my name from the defaulter's list.
