Citi Bank Credit Card
Card surrendered but still bank is asking for payment

Dear sir/Madam,

I had surrendered citi bank credit card with full and final payment on 13/6, and also received letter from bank for closing the card, but recently when i applied for home loan in citi bank, they have rejected the application saying that i have dues on credit card..

pl help and advise how to proceed ahead against bank so that they will not take a ride of excellent tractk record customer.
