I am using Citi bank for more than 6 years as my salary account. I have faced lots of issue by using citi bank account.
1. Once I got a call to transfer 50000 from my ready credit account to Suvidha account, which we can do by internet banking easily. The representative called me and said some benefits (actually not available) and transfered this money without my permission. Then after few days I realized that by transfering that amount citibank is cutting interest from my account.
2. I have my salary account with citibank for 6 years. Last week I called citibank and asked for a personal loan, they have rejected my application saying that there is no offer available at moment. We will inform you whenever new offer is available for personal loan. I talked to the Manager, she was not able to explain why it happened or not ready to reapprove for the loan. As per my salary my loan limit is around 10lacs, and I have only asked 2 lacs of loan from citibank. They have no explanation on it.
3. Credit card charges also not proper in citibank.
