Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Yatinder Kumar and I financed a TV set from CITI Finance in Febuarary and I issued 8 (eight) post dated cheque to CITI. First complaint my that is without my permission they convert my post date cheques in ECS (Electronic Clearing System) due to this changes my one cheque got bounce and they call me to clear the payment in cash for the EMI of June Month and I clear the same on 12th June in cash and I got the receipt, and they withdraw one more time the amount from my HDFC bank account on 13th June due to this my second cheque got bounce cause of unsufficient balance. Please help in this case what steps I can take against my bank and CITI Finance.
