Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for Personal Loan at your Sapru Marg Branch, Lucknow some seven days back. Ms. Shikha Pandey who is working there as Astt. Manager was my point of contact. They have taken all the documents required from me and after several verification on multiple level they called me up and asked me to visit branch, when I went to branch they told me that my loan of 1.8 Lacs (@18% Flat) has been sanctioned and in order to avail that loan I have to buy ULIP policy from them although I have never shown my interest in ULIP.I told them that I only need 1 Lacs and I am not interested in any ULIP policy.
After one day they agreed to give me loan of 1 Lac(@ 18% Flat) without ULIP and called me at their branch and after a long wait at their branch they have taken my sign on the sanction letter and taken my cheques and told me that I will get my cheque within a day or two.
After getting these assurance I have cancelled my existing loan applications and I was waiting for my cheque but today when I called them they are saying that my application has been cancelled from the head office and they are not telling me any reason.
I have never expected this type of irresponsible behavior from group like Citi, due to their this action now I am in trouble as I am in need of money and i have cancelled my existing applications also.
Please do the enquiry of my case and do the necessary action. This is a high priority issue for me and I am expecting same from you as well.
