Problem even after loan is cleared

Dear Sir,

This is Manjunath Balakrishna, I took personal loan from Citifinancial in loan account number is 12122218, already I have cleared the loan in August and also received Early Pay off letter from the bank.

Even though after the settlement of the loan, Citifinancial has not removed my name from CIBIL, wherein it is showing as an default customer, negative result.

I walked into Branch in Brigade Road on Saturday 16/05 there was no proper response from the representatives and also I called Customer care in New Delhi from the Branch itself but it was of no use.

One of the executive informed that he has sent request to CIBIL to change the status from Negative to Positive. But when I asked for the mail reference or proof they didn't respond properly, due to this I am unable to apply for any other loan in any bank.

I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
