I, Harjot Singh Dhody, had a personal loan (loan ac no. 6220856) from citifinancial. I received a letter from its head office which statedthat i should pay Rs2581/- before 20 th may and my account will be cleared. I made payment before 20th may. Even then, my account has been written off in cibble.
I have applied for a loan against property in a nationalise bank. My all formalities are cleared. But, My loan cheque is not handed over to me. As that bank has told me that my account is written off in cibble.
They want that written off to be removed.
Since, i hav paid all the dues demanded by citifinancial. How can they write off my account.
I am a businessman, my business is suffering because of this problem. I am not able to raise funds for expansion of my business.
Kindly do the needfull.
