After Settlement - Card no.4550389390596008 City Bank

Iam B.Krishan Kumar from Hyderabad. My Credit card no.4550389390596008 from CITY BANK.

I was used Credit Card from CITY BANK in the year 04. But due to some reason i have made full and final settlement in cash for Rs. 8000/- as on 12.02.04 from Focussed Solutions Inc Somajiguda Hyderabad. I have Payment receipts and the letter from the CITY Bank.

But still im receiving the Legal Letters from the City Bank. I was just shocked. So many times i have called to City bank Globle Office chennai. where i contacted with Ms. Aarthi and so many other employees, i have send so all the details to the Office. but still they are unable to solve the proble.

I request you to please invlove and help me. Kindly advice me to how to solve the problem.
