Speed is too slow

I have purchased Reliance data card one month ago. My data cards number is 9316772685.

Speed of internet is too slow. I have talked to customer care regarding this many times. But the behavior of customer care is very strange. He is saying that you have mistake to purchase this card.

Please help us. I am very upset
