PF claim not received
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had submitted my PF Claim (Membership No. MH9/22037) in November through my previous employer CMS Info systems Pvt. Ltd. Its been almost 3 months & I have not received my claim yet. I got a call from payroll dept that they were telling that i have taken advance of Rs. 7972 but They have settled all the amount at the time of settlement. I have signed original settlement paper with me. Now they want Rs. 7972 from me to settle the issue and then only they will submit the PF form. taking consumer for granted. Its not a charity they are doing, I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
