1st Plan Given to me :- 699rs for limited usage of 3gb.
My name is Harminder Virk, i have an Airtel broadband connection (0129-4082265), which i got activated in Feb. Since then i m facing problem with the
services provided by Airtel team.
Following is the list of bad customer service provided to me.
1. 1st Month :- Sales executive explained the plan incorrectly and i got wrong
bill which i never expected, finally he accepted that he was wrong but
requested me to pay the first
Bill as from next bill he will change my plan to 449rs/m
which is unlimited free for surfing and downloading. I accepted that and paid my
first bill without any issues.
2. 2nd Month :- I received a call from airtel, that my plan has been changed to
449rs/m and from next month i will recieve bill according to that, i was ok
with that and started
using the net according to my needs,
At last i got a bill of 2500rs and something, so i
called airtel helpline (121) and they said they said airtel have some next bill
cycle policies which was never
explained to me correctly at first point, so it's not my
mistake now and i asked the executive to let me talk to a supervisor and he
denied and said he will not
transfer my call
Executive name :- Ashwin Singh (and he was felling very
proud while saying no, Good!).
Bad Customer Service Experience While Calling 198
1. 2nd May (Morning) Sorry i am not sure about the time but it will around
10:30.
Shreya picked up my call and asked i want to talk to a supervisor she said all
are busy will arrange a call back for me. I was polite and said fine.
2. 2nd May (Night 9pm) Was waiting for the call
Finally i called again at 198 and Saurabh picked my call and i said the same
thing i need a supervisor and finally he disconnected.
3. 2nd May (Night 9:05pm)
I called again thought someone might help me same thing happened, executive
name Manish disconnected.
4. 20th Apr
I got a message from Airtel that i will get a call from an executive and he
will explain me the bill for a landline number i doesn't have.
0129-45557400, i don't know whose no is this but they keep on sending me
messages for this no's bill aswell. Strange but true airtel have no idea what
they are doing.
5. 2nd May (Night 9:08pm)
Finally a guy Nilesh helped me, he was very good and calm too.
Now the reason i am contacting you is that if you can find a reason where i am
wrong i will pay my bill without any issues, why always customer suffer because
of robets sitting
in your callcenters, who won't understand anything, just say what' son thier
screen.
I can choose BSNL also, but the reason for choosing Airtel is that if i face
any problem someone will help me but same thing is happening with you guys
aswell, what should i say
now that there is no difference between the functioning of a Private sector and
Government Sector
Hope i will get some help and receive some logical reply from you.
