I am J. Veerabhadra Rao and i'm from Andhra Pradesh. I bought a Compaq Presario 6211AU on 13th August at HARI PRIYA Computers, Kakinada bearing S/N: CNF71819BH, P/N: RZ897PA#ACJ. Since the time i bought it, I had been facing a lot of problems. I'm facing a problem with the Wireless Card and so I handed it to the HP Service Center (Maha Electronics), Dwarakanagar in Vizag on August 14th. Since then I made nearly 15 visits to the service center travelling a far distance as after they called me. Till now they couldn't locate the problem. I purchased CARE PACK (extended warranty) on 25th August by paying Rs.5500/- .Currently my laptop is held with the service center and the call sheet number is: 921. I kindly request you to take a necessary action and revert as early as possible.
