Iam resident of mulund east i have purchase a flat year a back, since i didnt pay for car parking and supreme court has pass order that builder cannot claim stilt/open parking or sell them even if it is written in agreement. In this case i have car, can i park my car inside society primises and pay society as per bylaws after soc formation (note my society is not formed yet)
Can you suggest regarding the matter please
