Non delivery of Doc

Dear Sir,

We have given our courier to Kerala vide Doc. no. BLR 324276263, dt.20.02.09. But as on date (02.03.09) not received by the College. We are dealing in verfication and we need these result at the earliest. Due to delay of delivery we are getting late and time period committed with client giving the wrong impression of courier. We are sending these complaint for improvement. Hope you can understand the problem.
