Iam holding credit card no.4477 4737 8848 3001. I was stationed at vapi (Gujarat) two years back & was using my said card. I got shifted to Mumbai office in Jan' 2007. During the shifting, my credit card along with the bill got misplaced resulted in the Non payment of my bills. When I got the bill, few months later, I got the due payment cleared. But then also my card was deactivated by the Bank without my knowledge. Myself had called several times on the customer care number, but got only assurances. myself is holding saving a/c in ICICI vileparle (East) branch with a/c no. 021101515380 since feb'2008. I request you to kindly either activate my card or decactivate my card completely so that i can open my a/c in another bank & enjoy the facility of credit card as i use to do previously.
