Received a statement of card which i have never received

Dear Sir / Madam,

i have received a statement for the month of June 09 for HSBC credit card no. 4384 5999 8291 9580.

i would like to complain that i have never received this card. In the statement i received payment due is nil. but to avoid future trouble i would like to highlight I AM NOT CARRYING ANY HSBC CARD. PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE SAME.
