Reversal of over limit fee

Dear Sir,

You have did the reversal for two times only..But you have charged over limit fee three times & that third Over limit fee I had requested you for reversal. OK!!!

I hope you understand, I would like to request you to do the needful for reversal of Rs.500/- ASAP.

One more request please increase my credit limit to 25000/-Since I am your old customer & associate with ICICI Bank for last five years.!!
