My name is devendra singh and i am MBA student in galgotia greater noida. I have bought a SONY VAIO VGN-NS25G/S on 27/05 from croma (ansal greater noida) and i have recieved a really bad customer service from croma. the laptop has some defect but when ask to croma manager i brought this laptop only two month before and it has not working properly in garranty period then he said i cant help it and this is not my responsibility.so i am still suffering from this problem.
I think croma in not completly awair what is a customer service.
