I have purchased a exaust fan of Crompton Greaves make model EF 4541 SR NO>AD 501083. After some time its allumunium caps broken due to defective design and manufacturing. In this connection I contated to manaufacturer and requested for broken parts on payment basis, But compny service manager Mr. Sinha refused to provide the parts, Thus my exaust fan is kept idel for last one month. Since it is their monopoly ietem it is not available in open market. They are pressing me to buy a new fan for rs.3, 500/- intead of giving the parts for Rs.400/ approximate.
Therefore it is requested that a suitable action may kindly be taken against company o I may get the parts.
