We have purchased new compressor from you and in the month July the cabi cooler started leaking due to a small un visible hole in it. we got free replacement in the same month.
Service ref: Service job card dated 31.07.2008 (Frontline Engineers) Hyderabad
To our surprise the new replaced cabi cooler is also started leaking due to similar problem in the same place.(with in one year)
It was welded and fixed back to the compressor and no gaurantee how long it will withstand.
Is it due to manufacturing /design/operational defect if so we can not efford to buy new cambi collers every time.
Due to this problem we have lost 1 week in 2008 and 2 1/2 days in 2009
your immediate action in this is highly appriciated
