Non generation of i.t. challan after making payment

I was unable to save the challan of payment made on 15/09 vide ref. no 00074816921

the problem might have aroused due to the heavy traffic on the site during peak hours

and now am unable to regenerate the challan and not getting the proper response from the costomer care also
