Dear Sirs:
We are a pvt ltd firm called Daedalus Consulting Pvt Ltd PAN AABCD9639G. Our CA informed us in end July that an ECS has been sent to our bank directly by ITO for the refund amount. Till date in Nov 19th this money has not been credited to our account. I checked the refund status on the NSDL site and it shows that refund cheque has been credited on 27th August while no such cheque or ECS was received till now!
I also want to check how malpractices by CA's / ITO can be handled by this forum.
