Dear Sir,
With deep regret, we resident of Nehru Apartments (Flat 107; 111; 115) are forced to place our complaint against Flat No. 119 Nehru Apartments (Mrs. & Mr. Mitra) on illegal / unauthorised construction of a full floor on the roof top / terrace placing the entire building along with everyone’s life at high risk being at the earthquake-Zone 4 area.
Also we (flat 107 / 111 / 115) are denied access to the replacement / service / maintenance of the water tanks which as per the DDA guidelines Pg. no. 9 para 8.3 is the right of the lower floor allottees.
As per DDA guidelines on pg. 10 para 8.4 - unauthorised construction is a cognizable offence and the one carrying out the unauthorized construction can be arrested even without any warrant. also as per clause 9.1 published by DDA on the same pg (No. 10) if the roof top allottee is violating / breaching the allotment conditions then his / her allotment can also be cancelled.
The lady- Mrs. Mitra has not only breached all the above stated guidelines but has also lead to threating / harassing / fiddling & illegal shifting of water tanks for her construction purpose without any prior notification especially to flat owner 111 Nehru apartments Mrs & Mr. Wadhwani (Mob : 9818245210) which is a hideous & illegal offence.
We request DDA to take an immediate & a strict action against Mrs. & Mr. Mitra (Flat 119- Nehru Apartments) for crippling the rules & regulations of not only DDA but as well as individual rights.
Awaiting earliest action response from DDA to demolish the illegal construction along with providing the roof top key to the lower flat allottees which is our right for accessing the water tanks / TV antenna etc.
