I hav purchased a Dell laptop Inspiron 14. from Dell store Nehru plave, from Vidur & Co. Pvt ltd. 201 Sahyog Bldg, 58 nehru place ph- 26223085. I hav made a cash payment of rs 32, 417/- and they hav provided me with the receipt of there store i.e. Vidhur. its been 2 weeks now, i hav not recieved my laptop or any such information from the company as well as frm the store. they promised me that the laptop will be delievered wth 7-10 days, i bought the laptop on frst week of August. I am very much frustrated now calling them 100 times, running after the, no proper response frm there side... aweful service dell has.. i wuld suggest never to buy these dell laptops fr, m dell stores.
