i have purchased a laptop of dell. Servies tag no. g5zy1bs when i have purchased with delar told me that this is a 2 gb ram laptop. then i have buyed it . when i have cheqed it, it was only 1gb ram . i have complaned to dell. but there is no responce to me. and the delar is not even recognising me that he has told me for 2 gb. and the same problem with the bluetooth chip. i m facing very problem .pls solve my issue i will be thank full to you.
