DELL Vostro 1500 battery not delivered although ayment is made

I have ordered for a new battery for DELL Vostro 1500 model. And I made payment by 8th August. But I have not recieved the product till now. I have called the Dell Inside Sales Accounts Manager - Consumer but I was not responded properly and no proper action has been taken.
