I, Allwyn Furtado Gas Consumer No. 111993 and my Gas Agency is Devmogra Gas Agency of Mira Road SAPCODE 112266 would like to complaint that the said Agency have the following telephone nos. for booking gas cylinders :

2) 28109687
3) 28121799
4) 28124130
5) 28131551
6) 28123300
They have 6 different phone nos. for taking gas cylinder bookings but I have experienced that everytime whenever I dial either the lines are busy or nobody seems to bother to pick up and take the booking. This has been happening from past 6 to 8 months. When I was discussing with the consumers who had come there to book gas cylinders they also told me that they too are facing the same problem. Also I had personally gone and booked for gas cylinder from more than 12 to 15 days now but still I have not received my gas cylinder. When I booked it I was told that within 10 days I will receive my gas cylinder. Today it is more than 15 days I have still not received my gas cylinder. Please take strict action on the concerned people of Devmogra Gas Agency, Mira Road as they are harassing their consumers.
