This has been such a bad experience with a small company like diana world travel. it has also thought me a lesson that going through such unfaithful, small, irresponsible companies will lead me no where. well i had to book for a shengan visa for me germany travel as a tourist, but the personal in this company did not give me full guidance on the documents required and eventualy two days before my travel my visa got rejected and i had to cancel my travel due to which i had lost lots of money through reservations. i want the company to pay for my visa charges and also arrange for a full refund on all the costs that i had to loose.
