I have purchased Dish TV connection. At the time of purchase Dish TV has taken Rs. 2490/- amount as deposite for the Set top box and Antenna with the condition of Refund after 5 years on surrendering Set top box and Antenna.
I have wasted week of time in following up with dish tv on this issue.
And dish tv helpline misguided me a lot and wasted my time too by diverting me to dealers, by asking me FAX, by asking for scanned copy of receipt by e-mail.
This way dish tv harrashed me a lot.
Finally Dish TV replied me that a company policy is changed and you will not get refund. In fact being a customer there is no intimation from dist tv regarding this change in policy
