Despite my latest previous and repeated complaints at customer care centers, by mail at [email protected] and customer care blog I am sorry to say that the complaint is still persisting. Even though Mr Gurdeep and Mr neeraj ID 766 callled me on 9th March and I told them details of all channels I want of each of my VCs still many channels are not being shown. Even next renewal date as told by Mr Neeraj ID 766 as December my next information from customer care when I was again calling for channel disparities the next renewal date was told me in November. One year difference. No body tried to clarify that why this is being done. This shows the way customer care of dishtv is working. They are really looting customers and I&B ministry shud look into matter. None of their official at customer care are giving which is consistent to one other. Some says onethng other totally differs. Such indifferent, callous and ridiculous behaviour needs high level inquiry and I request that my this mail be treated under RTI ands required fees may be deducted from my account. Despite everything being narrated to highest of their official of ranks of chief executive CC Mr Gurdep and MR Neeraj ID 766 supervisor daily my channels are being changed without prior information. This is highly objectionable and causing so much tensions and frustration in customers like me and now DISHTV should give me all available channels at all my VCs as compensation. Moreover I was promised three times when I wanted to talk to supervisor that they are busy and will call me back. It never happened. Earlier also same kind of drama is being done by Dishtv officials. They are like dogs tail which seems never to be straight. May I now ask how many times I have to call Customer care for same reasons. This reflects their idiotic, nonsense, ridiculous and callous attitude like morons. Is their any law to punish such officials who despite personally talking to me and despite that I had given them all details they still doing nonsense behaving like brainless creatures. Their such attitude are health hazards to customers as their repeated asking same question on customer care centre after getting them after so much efforts that first press star then press 1 then 2 and so on. This is highly objectionable and necessitates strict action at social an dlegal level. Even dogs get trained in that much time. Now I ask Mr Gurdeep and Mr Neeraj to explain their or theirs officials moron attitude and harassing customers. They still despite such mails and calls are behaving as IDIOTS. I am sending one copy of this to Highest of Govt. Officials in IB ministry and also written to media and ministry to have some restraints on them so that they should not act in INSANE manner and should be answerable. All complaints should be given feedback by senior officials. I also request you to kindly provide me address of owner of the company with request that such negligence in future should be taken as financial frauds as Satyam company type. I want to know how long they will continue to behave in such animal like behaviour without any sense of responsibility.
