On 16 Jan I booked a consignment 1 2, Consignment NO. Z63940319 to my home, from Nehru place -5. I was assured a delivery within 3-4 days but it didnot reach my home, it reached after a lot of complaining to the counter in Sivasagar. It was broken and one of its Parcel was missing. They said that it will be deliveder to my home but it was not my Dad had to come and pick it up from 20 Kms. Still one of my parcel is missing and my whole consignment that reached was broken. I paid Rs. 2880 to send this consignment of Rs. 10000- 13000. I m in total loss of money, what should I do? I have the pictures send to me by email in which condition the consignment that was recieved.
Please Help me.
