Parcel not received

Dear sir,

A parcel from Channel Technologies, Noida, India has been dispatched to me on 9.4.2009 from DTDC courier at my bhilai address, but still not received.when inquiry done by me, the person in charge is not taking any responsibility for the same and saying that its too late now and he can not help on this. As i come to know about the parcel today itself through mail from the company.
