Kind attention: Trackon Courior
This is to bring to your notice that our company has posted important documents on date 10th feb through Trackon Courior, it was the local courior. The receiver hasn;t receive the courior and online status shows that the courior was returned to the Noida branch on 12th feb 09, we has been tracing our courior since that day but till now we donot got the exact status. We had contacted the Noida branch manager Rajesh Dhingra (9810639534) and also our courior service man Mr. Jha (9818040734), But no one is able to give us an appropriate answer.
Earlier also we faced the similar condition when we sended the courior to Bombay, but atleast the courior was traceable. Please see to this complain as company facing lot of problem due to this courior service.
