Voter identity card not yet received

My self and my wife mubeena residing at 70/49 saurimuthu street, mannady, chennai - 600 001, i had been applied for voter id on December at corporation school, till the voter id not yet come, hence i went to zonal office at basin bridge on 14/2 and cheked with the voter list the above said name not included. Again they are issuing the application form no.6 to refill and to submit. in this case two time i went there, there is no proper response, hence i request u to know the status of voter id for Mohamed lebbai & Mubeena
