I am Sanjoy residing at ward number 9 of Baranagar Municipality area. Two years ago year we are requested by local municipality to proceed two color photo for new photo ID card. I did the same by receiving one receipt against the photo. After that till date we have not got such ID card after visiting the municipality again and again. Today I have lost the receipt for the same and I am now in dark that how can I get the ID card. Please help.
