My name is Mr. D.Jagdishwar Rao, I am resident of H.No: 9-1-37/A, Opp NRSA Quarters, Old Bowenpally, Hasmathpet, Secunderabad -500009
I am facing severe low voltage problem at my house. Despite of repeated complaints to 155333, no action has been taken, my electrical service number B89228.Due to low voltage I have suffered loss and paid the cost to my Refrigerator and Television. Both the equipments were spoiled because of low voltage. In my house it is very strange that at day time not even single tube lights is not glowing forget about the nights. My wife is having exams, she is appearing for DSC which will be held on May last week. She is not able to concentrate on studies as no FAN is working and also outside climate is very SUNNY.
I am paying the dues very promptly before the due date only. If I am sincere about the payment of my monthly used, then what is the problem with APTRANSCO, Why they are not giving the service to me?
It is the AP TRANSCO right to give the service. I am a consumer and paying for the service given.
I request you to please help me on my problem. Expecting for a positive and speedy action.
