I have purchased Electrolux Elite Washing Machine in 2001. The machine's washing and spinning drum maintanence has been done once in 2007 by an Electrolux Service Engineer. The machine's washing machines and water regulator nob is not working at present. It seems to be the worst machine I have purchased as it gives problems off and on. I am unable to find Electrolux service Centre in Chandigarh personally and it is not even listed in any website. Still I have sent a mail regarding the machine on 17-06 on Electrolux company's international email ID, "[email protected]" but nothing has been done so far.
You are requested to ask the company to send your service Engineer immediately for the washing machine maintainence.
