I have purchased Electronic cooker & the company representative given a bill with locally Service center name as well as they have written on bill guaranty & warranty also. My bill scan copy has been attached with this complaint. Orignal Company name is also maintioned in Bill.
I visited service center for repairing of my Electronic Cooker. Service Center Add is:

Shop No-18, Munna Surpi Complex.
Doctor’s Colony, Kankarbag, Patna-20.
Service center person has replayed, we are not authorized service center of you company. Time to time your company boys coming for minor repairing of Electronic Cooker & they billed at the same time for our work. In this Service center I have been given for major repairing of my cooker unfortunately cooker parts are not available in PATNA & my company is not helping also them to fix the issues.
