I aneesh kumar.k, divine child school, mehsana, had purchased hydra-hydra RO water filter (ELEMENT INDICA) machine in the year 2007. This year I joined the annual service contract for the year 11. Today (24/3) when the machine was opened for repair it was seen that it is fully occupied by insects. Never the service people opened the set during services over these three years from the date of purchase. And my wife is severely affected with throat infection continuously over one month. We were not knowing the exact reason for her illness and taking the water from the filter. Please do the needful for the complaint.
