This is to state that my PF amount from PF No. UP/28577/93 (Eminent Buisness Solution) was transferred to new PF No. UP/36199/501 (The Eminent). But when i deposited PF form and all relevant documents to avail my amount under PF No. UP/36199/501, i didnt receive the amount which was transfer to PF No. UP/36199/501 from PF No. UP/28577/93 .Same was deposited on Nov please look into the same
