PF Refund

Dear Sir,

I was working with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 2 years and quit the company on September. The company has submitted my PF claim to the EPF office in Chennai on 5th December.

I got a letter from PF office by the month of February stating that the total amount was credited into my ICICI Bank Account. But the amount is not credited in my account & I went to PF office to check the status. They confirmed that the DD was sent to ICICI without mentioning my account No. & so it has got returned. So I submitted a written request to the Accounts department of EPF asking to credit the amount in my ICICI account with the complete details.

But still the amount is not credited in my Account, and there is no communication from EPF office. When I tried to get the details in the Online, it shows "Your Claim Not Received by this Office! ".

Please help me out to get this PF amount.
