No update on application

Hello,

I got many calls for Barclays credit card with the offer of gift vouchers of Rs. 5200. So atlast i applied for it. The i got confimation calls and an SMS for my application number which is given below:

Ref# 17090830217.

But after one month also there is no update on it.

So please let me konw the status, whether the application is rejected or what?
