EPF Amount not received

My name is Chitta Ranjan Dey having EPF No. BR/7309/98

I have submitted P.F. Claim at P.F office, Patna, Bihar against it I have received claim statement on dated 23.01.2010 which detail are as under.

Chq No. - 218410

Date - 23.01.2010

Amount - 20, 229.00

Bank Name: Statebank of India

Branch: Bankura, West Bengal

Now, I came to know that my P.F Claim amount is not credit in my Bank Account. so I request yourkind self to take the needful action and send my P.F. Amount at earliest.
