Non settlement pf amount

Dear Sir,

Myself is Yathish kumar PFa/c no. DL/20850/761 I have got a cheque to my Bank on 29.12.2006 instead of my HDFC SB a/c number (3121050011000), by mistake they have mentioned branch code number in the cheques (i.e. 560240014).

I have collected the cheques from my bank which was kept in suspense a/c and same has been sent for Re-Authorsiation of Dues through Register post to the address A.P.F.C.Cash, No.60, 5th floor, Nehru place, New Delhi-110019.Dated on 21.06.2008.
